John Elvidge KC represented a defendant facing charges of murder and attempted murder for encouraging his father, represented by Peter Makepeace KC, to drive into a group in revenge for an earlier attack. The accused was convicted of manslaughter and causing grievous bodily harm, but the latter conviction was quashed on appeal. Anne Richardson prosecuted a man sentenced to eight years after being convicted of seven counts of perverting the course of justice for making false rape allegations against multiple men.
