Men Face Life Sentences for Grievous Bodily Harm

Brooke Morrison successfully prosecuted two men over 6 days who were charged with Section 18 (GBH) causing grievous bodily harm with intent when they set fire to a man in York. The men are due to be sentenced in January. The judge said he would consider passing a life sentence on their return. Full media coverage can be found here and here.
