We are looking forward to our 5 new pupils, Hawa Jogi, Jessica Noble, Zackeray Fixter, Laura Peto
and Jillian Newton commencing their pupillage on 30th of September 2024. Each week, leading up to their start, we shall be introducing each of them individually.
The limelight this week goes to Jessica Noble – General Common Law Pupil
Jessica studied on the MLaw course at Northumbria University. This encompassed a law degree, along with the BPTC and a master’s in law.
Jessica graduated in 2021 and started her career within North Yorkshire Police. Initially as a Prosecution Team Officer and more recently becoming a Domestic Abuse and Court Presentation Officer. Jessica applied for Domestic Violence Protection Orders on behalf of North Yorkshire Police in Court, before Judges and Magistrates’.
Jessica has also undertaken a number of mini pupillages across many areas of circuit, in which she has gained valuable knowledge in the areas of family and criminal law.
Jessica cannot wait to start pupillage and expand her knowledge of different areas of law. Jessica is so pleased to be based in a city that she has become so familiar with over her last few years working for North Yorkshire Police.
