Congratulations to our three new Recorders

Dere Street Barristers are delighted to announce that Elizabeth Lugg, Tim Donnelly and Victoria Hajba-Ward have all been appointed as Recorders to sit in Family on the North Eastern Circuit. The appointments have been made by His Majesty The King on the advice of the Lord Chancellor and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales.
The appointment of Recorder is a part time position and all three will continue with their busy family practices accepting instructions in public and private law matters, additionally Victoria will also continue sitting as a Deputy District Judge.
