Jordan Parkinson secures acquittal for partner and father charged with ABH

Jordan Parkinson recently represented a man at Teesside Crown Court alleged to have assaulted his elderly estranged uncle.
After cross examining the Complainant, Jordan argued that the Defendant was acting in self-defence, in response to the Complainant’s physical aggression towards him. The jury acquitted the Defendant after 30 minutes of deliberation.
