Jordan Parkinson
Jordan has quickly established a busy practice and appears in the Crown Court daily after completing her pupillage in 2024 under the supervision of Anthony Davis
Jordan is a Grade 2 prosecutor and is instructed in a wide range of serious offending including GBH with intent, robbery, violent disorder and sexual assaults, both by the prosecution and defence.
Jordan is commended for her approach with lay clients and able to establish and build a rapport immediately, representing vulnerable and young defendants. Jordan has secured acquittals and upheld defendant’s good character.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Jordan worked as a Legal Adviser at Teesside, Newton Aycliffe and Peterlee Magistrates Court, advising lay magistrates on law, practice and procedure and assisting with the drafting of their reasons, both in and out of court. She also sat with District Judges. Jordan observed a wide range of hearings at the Magistrates Court from first listings in the GAP/NGAP court to trials and sentencing hearings. Jordan gained a vast amount of transferrable knowledge and experience from her time at HMCTS.
