Thomas Parsons-Munn

Thomas accepts instructions in all areas of civil and regulatory work.

Thomas’ practice encompasses all areas of employment, chancery and commercial, housing, and regulatory, whether undertaken in the County Courts or the High Court. His case load spans the full range of litigation, and he has appeared in both the Court of Appeal and appeal tribunals. In all the written and court work he has undertaken, Thomas’ ability to combine an appreciation for detail and complexity with clarity of thought and argument has often been noted favourably; particularly in his ability to ‘get to the point’ with judges and explain often complex legal issues in terms which lay clients can readily understand.

Thomas is fully aware the advantages for solicitors in being able to discuss a particular issue or case informally with counsel to achieve a practical and client focused outcome. To that end, Thomas always welcomes new enquiries, whatever their nature.

Thomas accepts instructions in all of the following areas:

  • Housing (residential and commercial)
