Samantha Herman

Sam secured tenancy in March 2025 following the successful completion of a specialist family law pupillage under the supervision of Ravi Randhawa.

Since becoming a member of  the Bar, Sam has gained experience on a broad range of cases in both private and public family law. She has been instructed to represent Local Authorities, parents and Children’s Guardians in public law proceedings. She has been instructed to act in cases involving domestic abuse, child neglect, sexual abuse and non-accidental injuries.

Before joining chambers, Sam was a specialist family law solicitor at a large local high street firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. She regularly represented clients at the police station and was on a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel Accreditation Scheme.
