Lydia Gibson – Pupil
Lydia Gibson is a specialist family pupil under the supervision of Elizabeth Callaghan.
Before coming to the Bar, Lydia studied Law at the University of Durham before completing the Bar Training Course at the University of Law in Newcastle, achieving a Distinction. Alongside her studies, she volunteered within the charity Families in Care for three years, becoming Project Director of the law clinic in her final year. Lydia gained valuable experience in both public and private family law proceedings and went on to work as a Family Legal Secretary and later as a Childcare Paralegal, supporting on complex cases and attending court regularly.
