Laura Dawson

Laura accepts instructions in civil, regulatory, and employment work, she routinely appears in the County and Crown Courts and various Tribunals on a variety of civil and employment claims.

She has experience in personal injury both drafting various documents, advising and representing clients in fast-track trials.

Laura has a particular interest and is  keen to develop a strong business, property and chancery practice. She has assisted and represented clients in various types of hearings including contractual disputes, Inheritance Act and Wills claims, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act claims including claims for beneficial interests in property and co-habitation claims. Laura has also been instructed and advised on issues involving rights of way, boundary disputes and bankruptcy and insolvency claims most recently including an application for a vesting order for a property.

Laura also practices in matrimonial finance cases routinely instructed in FDR and final hearings. She also has a good employment practice having advised and represented both Respondents and Claimants   in Tribunals for unfair dismissal, disability and equal pay matters.
