Jessica Noble – Pupil

Jessica Noble is a common law pupil under the supervision of Jennie Smith 

Before coming to the bar, Jessica was employed by North Yorkshire Police. Initially as a Prosecution Team Officer preparing files for court, and more recently a Domestic Abuse and Court Presentation Officer. Jessica applied for Domestic Violence Protection Orders on behalf of North Yorkshire Police at York Magistrates’ Court, to protect victims of domestic abuse. Jessica would have to satisfy the Court that the two-part test for this type of order had been met. Jessica also would provide individuals with advice on further orders that could be obtained such as non-molestation orders.

Jessica has previously been employed in roles that have provided her with many transferable skills that she can bring to the bar, from being employed in a clothing shop to working at her local doctor’s surgery.
