In public law proceedings Claire is regularly instructed to undertake work on behalf of local authorities, parents, and children’s guardians at all levels of the family court. She has a wide variety of experience including dealing with cases involving non-accidental injuries, rape/sexual abuse, factitious illness, and young, vulnerable adults.
