Anthony Senior

Anthony enjoyed a 20 year career in the Civil Service before coming to the Bar in 2002. He has a great range of experience in Civil Law, specialising in anti-social behaviour cases, particularly for social landlords, possession claims, injunctions and committal for breach of injunctions.

He also has multi- track, fast track and small claim cases involving all aspects of Road Traffic, including Credit Hire for claimant and defendant.

He has an  experience of the Information Appeal Tribunal.

He receives instructions in private landlord-tenant disputes.

Anthony has received instructions from several Government departments, including the HMRC, and the Civil Aviation Authority.
