The Employment Team would like to thank those who attended our recent seminar here at our York office, which was a great success. It was good to welcome so many familiar faces and some new ones. The seminar, entitled ‘Bullying and harassment – has the line been crossed’, was chaired by Edward Legard and presented by Sam Healy and covered bullying in the workplace, harassment and sexual harassment under the equality act 2010 and vicarious liability for assaults.
The employment team will be hosting further seminars throughout the year, so please check out our website for updates.
