Success for Sam Healy in long running victimisation claim.

Judgment has been handed down in Rashad v. CC of Cleveland Police 2501152/2021 where Sam Healy successfully represented the Chief Constable.  The claim involved allegations of race discrimination and victimisation made by a serving police constable, spanning several years.  The ET heard evidence from eighteen witnesses over the course of three weeks earlier this year.  The ET rejected all twenty two of the Claimant’s complaints.
