Not the Jordans Family Law Finance update a huge success!

80 Delegates from across the North East, North West and Yorkshire attended Dere Street’s Family Law update. The programme for the day included external speakers District Judge Shaw, Her Honour Judge Carr QC and Paul Windle covering topics including the new financial remedies Court, public sector pensions update and appealing financial orders. Hot topics: matrimonial/non matrimonial assets following Hart -v- Hart and Radmacher agreements update were the order of the day for Barristers Jonathan Walker Kane, Crispin Oliver and Brooke Morrison. The update was a huge success with positive feedback received from all of the delegates that attended. “Absolutely superb!
