Jordan Parkinson successfully defended a man at Newcastle Crown Court charged with sexual assault, on her final week as a pupil before securing tenancy. Jordan was successful in objecting to a bad character application made by the Crown at the close of the prosecution case. The defendant was found not guilty by the jury, who returned unanimous verdicts.
