Dere Street’s criminal team congratulate Jenni Coxon on her recent appointment as a Level 2 Crown Prosecutor

Prior to her recently joining the criminal team within Chambers, Jenni was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2010 and has been a Higher Court Advocate for 14 years.  Jenni has a wealth of experience in all aspects of criminal defence work after 20 years’ experience in the field of criminal law which began during a year’s work placement as part of her university degree.  She fell in love with criminal law, and she qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in 2010 and quickly obtained her Duty Solicitor Qualification. Jenni’s appointment to the Crown Prosecution Service advocate panel at level 2 adds further depth to our existing strong prosecution team who are instructed to prosecute at all levels including, amongst others, homicide, gangland drugs and rape and serious sexual offences.
