Case Details: Significant brain injury sustained on a construction site. The Claimant, who was represented by both Leading and Junior Counsel, had served a Schedule totalling nearly £7m. The claim raised numerous complex issues concerning Periodic and Provisional Payments, Rehabilitation, Relationship Breakdown, Accommodation and Neuropsychological Treatment. Dan Edwards, representing the Defendant, compromised the claim for £2.3m at a Joint Settlement Meeting following service of a detailed Counter Schedule.
