Christopher McKee successfully appeals sentence in the Court of Appeal

Christopher, who is our youngest member of the Criminal team appeared before the High Court in London on an appeal against sentence. The client had received 32 months imprisonment for a non-dwelling burglary when he appeared before Carlisle Crown Court earlier this year. Mr McKee appeared before Mrs Justice Rafferty, Mr Justice Openshaw and His Honour Judge Leonard QC where he successfully appealed the sentence which was reduced by half to that of 16 months imprisonment.
