Congratulations to Recorder Carly Henley on her appointment as a Deputy High Court Judge pursuant to s.9(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 sitting in the Family Division, deployed to the North Eastern Circuit with immediate effect.
This is a part-time position that Miss Henley will continue to perform when she resumes her practice at the Bar in April 2020.
