Carly Henley appears in case involving the death of Poppi Worthington

Carly appeared as Junior Counsel together with Janet Bazley QC on behalf of the children in the original care proceedings, a redacted version of the 2014 judgment has been published on Bailii for the first time this week, following their appeal in the Court of Appeal on Monday 23rd November 2015. They now appear again on behalf of the children in the reopened fact finding taking place in Liverpool before Mr Justice Jackson.
