Calum McNicholas defends 24-year-old male acquitted of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm

Calum represented a 24-year-old male in a three-day trial at Teesside Crown Court. The Defendant was a young man of previous good character. The allegation involved the Defendant using a pint glass as a weapon inside a public house. The jury acquitted the Defendant on 11 June 2025.
