Assistant Coroner Crispin Oliver, rules drug deaths of two young British rugby players in Sri Lanka was an accident

Coroner Crispin Oliver concluded at today’s Durham inquest that Thomas Baty and Thomas Howard died from opiate toxicity – possibly under solicitation from another person. The two men had grown up and worked together and were members of the Clems Pirates rugby team which raised money for good causes at home and abroad. Media coverage can be found here
