2024 ‘Not the Jordans’ Financial Remedies Day Conference.

Many thanks to all of the attendees and speakers at the annual Newcastle ‘Not the Jordans’ Financial Remedies Day Conference, which took place yesterday Wednesday 6^th November at the All Saints Church in Newcastle.

District Judge Nichola Shaw (retired) took charge of the opening address and introduced a great line up of speakers throughout the day, including the key note speaker His Honour Judge Edward Hess – Deputy National Lead of the Financial Remedy Court. This was followed by Jonathan Walker-Kane – Barrister, Jonathan Galbraith – Mathieson Consulting Actuarial and Expert Witness Services and creator of the Galbraith Tables, District Judge Ian Besford (retired), as well as Gemma Helliwell – Chartered Financial Planner of Evelyn Partners, Rebecca Cross – Barrister, Katie Deans – Our Family Wizard and finally Crispin Oliver MCIArb – Barrister.
