Appointment: Crispin Oliver

All members of Chambers and staff warmly congratulate Crispin Oliver upon his forthcoming appointment as Area Coroner for County Durham and Darlington, which has been announced by the Chief Coroner today.
Crispin has enjoyed an outstanding career at the Bar and is one of the most eminent specialists in family finance and alternative dispute resolution on this Circuit, rightly trusted by solicitors for their most difficult cases.
He is also presently the Senior Assistant for County Durham and Assistant Coroner for West Yorkshire.
His contribution to Chambers has been immense; as well as previously leading the family team, serving on our Executive Boards and being a pupil supervisor, Crispin has led and nurtured our excellent finance team.
The appointment will take effect in the early Autumn and Crispin will continue to practise from Chambers until then.
