Rachael Landin secures acquittal

Rachael was instructed by Neil Taylor of Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors to represent a young male accused of multiple rapes, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, controlling and coercive behaviour, non-fatal strangulation, and stalking. The defendant admitted the offence contrary to the Protection from Harassment Act 1977, but denied all other charges. After a 4-day trial, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts in respect of all denied charges.
