Jessica Noble successfully prosecutes “The Birdman of Hartlepool”

Jessica Noble successfully prosecuted a well-known local man, know as The Bird Man of Hartlepool, who appealed his conviction and sentence. He was sentenced to a criminal behaviour order, for feeding birds around Hartlepool which also resulted in attracting rats, following a trial in the Magistrates Court and appealed to Teesside Crown Court. Jessica Noble acted on behalf of Hartlepool Borough Council, and the appeal was ultimately dismissed.
