Calum McNicholas defends 59-year-old man acquitted of strangling a 15-year-old boy

Calum McNicholas represented the 59-year-old defendant at Teesside Crown Court. The jury trial lasted three days and involved the cross examination of the Complainant, his mother, and a police officer. The jury unanimously acquitted the defendant of a single count of intentional strangulation.
