Halloween visit to Durham University

Members of Chambers, led by John Elvidge KC, were pleased to accept an invitation to speak at the Lindisfarne Centre, St Aidan’s College, Durham on the subject of a career at the Bar in Dere Street. 

Durham alumnus, Grace Atkinson, together with Thomas Parsons-Munn, Calum McNicholas and Jordan Parkinson gave interesting and informative talks about their experience of pupillage, and as young tenants in Chambers. Afterwards the panel held a question-and-answer session which continued, informally, over refreshments. 

Thanks to Yuxin Li, President of St Aidan’s College SCR for organising this event which we hope encouraged some students to consider a career at the Bar.
