Obtaining an acquittal for a client jointly charged with other family members of sexual offences. Jenni persuaded the jury the client was not guilty where there was a hung jury in relation to the other co defendants.
Successfully defended an aspiring Junior Doctor charged with assault where the client was acting in self defence. In securing an acquittal meant that this client was able to continue his education with future prospects of being a surgeon in the NHS.
Jenni made an application to dismiss a case where a client was accused of an offence of intentional strangulation. Jenni submitted that the prosecution evidence was insufficient to bring a prosecution and the Learned Judge agreed. The case was dismissed.
