A Joint Settlement Meeting (JSM) last week led to a multimillion settlement for the victim of a road traffic accident whose catastrophic injuries left him as a ‘well functioning paraplegic’ after intensive rehabilitation.
The precise settlement figure is confidential, but the Claimant was delighted with the award negotiated on his behalf. James Robinson said that it was amongst the most satisfying results of his career.
