Ruth Phillips led by Charlotte Worsley KC ensures exoneration of a Mother following allegations of sexual abuse.

The Mother had been identified as one of the possible perpetrators of sexual abuse to her daughter at the initial hearing, following a successful appeal the case was reheard.

At the rehearing Mr Justice Poole identified Y as the perpetrator of the abuse and found that the Mother was not involved in the perpetration of sexual abuse.
