Eight men convicted of murder in vigilante trial

After a three-month trial at Liverpool eight men have been convicted of murder following the abduction of a Wigan man who they suspected of rape. The case was prosecuted by John Elvidge KC leading Vanessa Thomson of 9SJS, instructed by the CPS Complex Case Unit in Manchester.
