Donations to Dere Street Barristers Charitable Trust head towards £200,000

The Dere Street Barristers Charitable Trust is pleased to report that in excess of £165,000 has now been raised and anticipates donations will exceed £200,000 by the end of the year.
The following charities are currently benefiting from The Trust: AMBLE FOOD BANK: BOWEL CANCER UK: LIMBBO FOUNDATION: SCHOOLS CONSENT PROJECT
Dozens of Barristers at Dere Street have agreed to donate a percentage of their income to the Trust. More information about Dere Street Barristers Charitable Trust can be found here

“To raise such a large sum is remarkable and a credit to all those in chambers who have chosen to donate, enabling the trustees to distribute substantial funds to a diverse range of charities, including smaller local organisations in Yorkshire and the North East.
