Crispin Oliver, assistant coroner for West Yorkshire, who heard the inquest into Hyatt’s death, sent a “report to prevent future deaths” to the Hands of Light Academy (Hola), of which Willis is principal. He warned of his concern that “hallucinogenic substances” were being dispensed on the organisation’s courses. Hola denied dispensing the substances and said it had no record of Hyatt.
