Victoria Hale

Victoria is a family law practitioner.

Victoria undertook a criminal pupillage in London and remained practising in crime for a number of years, prosecuting and defending. She also worked at the Nursing and Midwifery Council in professional regulation. This background means that Victoria has significant advocacy experience.

Victoria now appears in a wide range of hearings in Children Act matters. She is often instructed in multi day contested final hearings. She also appears in: interim hearings, complex case management cases, deprivation of liberty cases, leave to oppose adoption applications, discharge applications and contact applications.

Victoria also represents parties involved in private law proceedings involving children- from first hearing through to final hearings.
Victoria has come to Chambers with an in-depth knowledge of Local Authority policies and procedures and is happy to provide written advices and training on such. She lectures at University on Court Proceedings for social workers

Victoria prides herself on thorough case preparation and has a strong working relationship with her clients.
Victoria has undertaken the FLBA vulnerable witness training
